During the last few decades there has been a tremendous growth in the use of ICT but we are afraid to tell that this growth hasn’t reached BSNL network. BSNL Network failure is a routine affair in Lakshadweep. Respected subscribers kept pressing their key pads but none of the numbers could get connected due to the services error. People were not able to neither receive nor make calls. Many times money was deducted from their accounts even on receiving other calls. Messages could not get delivered but the balance was deducted. Thousands of BSNL subscribers remained upset with the technical problem of operator. The technical problem with BSNL has been troubling its subscribers quite often. BSNL lacks initiative to improve services. If it doesn’t have drive to improve on its image, nothing can help the firm. Net connection is not at all available and finds it difficult to even to check mails. Repeated oral and written correspondence with the authorities of BSNL here has gone on deaf ears.
